The evidence is clear: our bodies help us learn. How we use our bodies impacts what our minds are able to accomplish. We’ll examine ways to hack the brain-body connection to boost cognitive function and increase our learning power. *These will be 30-minute sessions offered at 10:00-10:30 AM and 1:00-1:30 PM.
